Lee Mellinger, President & CEO - Lee Mellinger was a member of the Solomon development team at Solomon Software, Inc. (now part of Microsoft) and designed and developed the breakthrough SolomoNotes® customization product. Lee was the founder and CEO of eLedger.com, Inc., Anteq Software Corporation (acquired by Kaleden Online Ventures in 1999) and Mellinger-Associates Development Corporation (acquired by Solomon Software in 1997). Lee holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from Pacific Union College, CA and has over 25 years of experience in accounting software design and development. Lee is the founder of ObjAcct, Inc. and the architect of the ObjAcct XML Accounting Server. Michele Bracy, Vice President - Michele Bracy was a product designer and product manager at Solomon Software and has extensive experience in financial application software design, development, implementation, client management & large-scale project management. Michele was a partner in Mellinger-Associates Development Corporation. Michele holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Bowling Green State University, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toledo College of Law and is a licensed attorney. Michele is a shareholder in Objacct, Inc. |
